PURPOSE
The purpose of this instructional design project is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based module teaching Japanese phrases to Hawaii retail sales associates and managers who interact with Japanese customers.
GOAL
The goal of this website module is NOT to make you fluent in Japanese language, but to make you more comfortable interacting with Japanese customers by teaching useful phrases and vocabulary that you would commonly hear or use to communicate with Japanese customers in Crazy Shirts stores. The increase in tactful interaction (NOT CONSTANT ANNOYING INTERACTION) between worker and customer will create a much more comfortable atmosphere in the store.
